Some people are allowed to stay up late, others can already reach the shelf with the sweets. It&#8217;s usually the majority who decide which game to play. If just a few group members misbehave, is nobody allowed to have ice cream? And of course: Who is allowed to play with which toy?<br><br>The list could go on and on, as could the list of attempts to make everyone equal. How do you get someone to be fair and give up something when so many others give up nothing?<br><br>To develop the play, author and director Milan Gather and the JES ensemble first go on a research trip to schools and daycare centres to find out: When do we perceive something as unfair? How do we deal with unequal conditions? Dort sammelte er im renommierten Windsbacher Knabenchor erste B\u00fchnenerfahrungen. Seine professionelle Ausbildung erhielt er in Wien und Regensburg (Stipendiat), die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine vielseitige Karriere auf der B\u00fchne und in der Lehre. Seit 2002 arbeitet er regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in Sprechtheaterproduktionen und Opern. Besonders pr\u00e4gend waren Engagements bei den Freilichtspielen Seelbach mit St\u00fccken wie \u201cJedermann\u201c, \u201cDie drei Musketiere\u201c, \u201cHamlet\u201c, \u201cRobin Hood\u201c, \u201cRomeo und Julia\u201c und \u201cSissi\u201c. Auch mit dem Theaterlabor Darmstadt verbindet ihn eine langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit, etwa in inklusiven Produktionen wie \u201cKafkas Brille\u201c, \u201cAlles DaDa\u201c und \u201cFaust\u201c. Bis zum Sommer 2024 gastierte er am Staatstheater Wiesbaden in \u201cEin Fisch wird nur so gro\u00df wie sein Aquarium\u201c (Regie: Hannah Biedermann).<br><br>Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit liegt im inklusivem Theater und in der Weiterentwicklung inklusiver Theaterformen: Er gr\u00fcndete das Ensemble \u201eHerzst\u00fcck\u201c im Schwarzwald sowie das \u201eJunge Theater H\u00f6chst inklusiv\u201c in Frankfurt und leitete die Theatergruppe \u201eDieBurgis\u201c f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung in Dieburg. Nach meinem Studium in \u201eAngewandte Theaterwissenschaft\u201c in Gie\u00dfen habe ich \u201ePhysical Theatre\u201c in Essen studiert. W\u00e4hrend meiner Studienzeit habe ich au\u00dferdem zwei Auslandssemester in Tschechien und in Norwegen gemacht.<br><br>AN ANDEREN ORTEN<br>Ich habe am Schauspiel Essen, am Schauspiel Dortmund und am D\u00fcsseldorfer Schauspielhaus als Gast-Schauspieler*in gearbeitet. Zudem habe ich in verschiedenen St\u00fccken in der freien Szene mitgespielt oder Regie gef\u00fchrt. Diese wurden zum Beispiel im Tanzhaus nrw, im Maschinenhaus Essen, beim internationalen SoloDuoFestival K\u00f6ln, beim ZeitZeug Festival Bochum oder beim Hundertpro Festival in M\u00fchlheim gezeigt.<br>Zusammen mit Meret K\u00f6nig und Valentin Schwerdfeger bin ich Teil der Physical Theatre Company \u201eSticky Fragments\u201c. Her work focuses on contemporary dance with an emphasis on improvisation and body awareness and on traditional Brazilian dances. Since 2017 she has been living in Stuttgart and getting to know new cultures. She has been a dance teacher at JES since 2022 and participated as a dancer in the dance theatre piece \u2018Aus der Kurve fliegen\u2019. She is also a member of the artists' association Produktionszentrum and is in contact with local and international artists. She has participated as a dancer in festivals such as Ethno Portugal (2018) and Ethno Germany (2019), as well as in the Social Festival of Tudanzas (Spain). She is currently part of the organising team of Ethno Germany. Nebenbei arbeitete ich als politische Bildnerin f\u00fcr ein Schulaufkl\u00e4rungs- und Antidiskriminierungsprojekt. My responsibilities included the management of the \u201cEvent Technology\u201d department, technical management and event-technical supervision of performance operations in Studio Werkhaus as well as rehearsal operations at the Nationaltheater, as well as special events and guest performance tours and the production management in all four sections of the Nationaltheater.<br>I also took over the technical and spatial conception and supervision of the reconstruction and renovation of the rehearsal stage centre in Mannheim as well as the conception, planning and construction management for the reconstruction of the studio stage, including the complete stage, lighting, sound and building services of all foyers, dressing rooms, storage and prop\/mask rooms. My first internship in 2008\/2009 was at JES in the set design department. At the Ludwigsburg Film Academy, I was able to immerse myself as a set designer in the world of film. She has been a dance teacher at JES since 2022 and participated as a dancer in the dance theatre piece \u2018Aus der Kurve fliegen\u2019. She is also a member of the artists' association Produktionszentrum and is in contact with local and international artists. She has participated as a dancer in festivals such as Ethno Portugal (2018) and Ethno Germany (2019), as well as in the Social Festival of Tudanzas (Spain). She is currently part of the organising team of Ethno Germany. Auch mit dem Theaterlabor Darmstadt verbindet ihn eine langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit, etwa in inklusiven Produktionen wie \u201cKafkas Brille\u201c, \u201cAlles DaDa\u201c und \u201cFaust\u201c. Bis zum Sommer 2024 gastierte er am Staatstheater Wiesbaden in \u201cEin Fisch wird nur so gro\u00df wie sein Aquarium\u201c (Regie: Hannah Biedermann).<br><br>Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit liegt im inklusivem Theater und in der Weiterentwicklung inklusiver Theaterformen: Er gr\u00fcndete das Ensemble \u201eHerzst\u00fcck\u201c im Schwarzwald sowie das \u201eJunge Theater H\u00f6chst inklusiv\u201c in Frankfurt und leitete die Theatergruppe \u201eDieBurgis\u201c f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung in Dieburg.
