is a quiet solo piece that tells the story of her father, Ahmed and their relationship: both with each others\u2019 and their background and culture, linking \u201efather-daughter\u201c to \u201efather-country\u201c, and personal story to collective history. La Fracture uses football, historical film footage and personal and family archives to tell the story through spoken word, video projection and map drawing. It creates a quietly inviting environment.<br><br>La Fracture is personal and elegantly speaks to our questions of belonging \u2013 how we belong to our families, our nations and our journeys.
